لا كلمات مرور في WYNQ إطلاقاً. تكتب بريدك أو رقمك فيصلك رمزٌ من ستّة أرقام تُدخله — أو تدخل ضيفاً بلا بريدٍ ولا رقمٍ أصلاً. كلمة المرور التي لا توجد هي كلمة مرور لا تُسرَّب. There are no passwords in WYNQ at all. You enter your email or number and a six-digit code arrives — or you enter as a guest with no email and no number at all. A password that does not exist is a password that cannot leak.

الرمز صالح خمس دقائق فقط. تأكّد من البريد الصحيح (وصندوق المزعج)، أو من رمز الدولة إن اخترت الرقم. وإن تأخّر، اطلب رمزاً جديداً بعد انتهاء العدّاد — الطلبُ المتكرّر السريع يُبطئك بسبب حماية إساءة الاستخدام. A code is valid for five minutes only. Check the address (and your spam folder), or the country code if you chose a number. If it is late, request a new one after the timer ends — rapid repeat requests slow you down due to abuse protection.

الضيف يدخل بلا بريدٍ ولا رقم، ولا نحفظ عنه إلّا بصمةً لمعرِّفٍ يولّده جهازه — لا المعرِّف نفسه. لذلك حساب الضيف مربوطٌ بذلك الجهاز: لا عنوان نعرفك به، فإن ضاع الجهاز لم نملك طريقاً لإعادة الحساب إليك. A guest enters with no email and no number, and we keep only a hash of an identifier the device itself generates — not the identifier. A guest account is therefore tied to that device: there is no address we know you by, so if the device is lost we have no way to give the account back.

الحساب مرتبطٌ بالعنوان الذي سجّلت به. راسلنا من العنوان القديم إن استطعت مع تفاصيل حسابك، ونساعدك في النقل بعد التحقّق. Your account is tied to the address you signed up with. Write to us from the old one if you still can, with your account details, and we will help you migrate after verification.

تحقّق بالترتيب: هل أنت على مقعد أم مستمعٌ فقط؟ هل الميكروفون مكتوم — منك أو من المضيف؟ هل منحت التطبيق إذن الميكروفون في إعدادات الهاتف؟ والشبكة الضعيفة تقطع الصوت قبل النصّ، فجرّب شبكةً أخرى. Check in order: are you on a seat or only listening? Is the mic muted — by you or by the host? Did you grant the app microphone permission in phone settings? A weak connection drops audio before text, so try another network.

A room holds up to 12 seats, with text and voice chat side by side. You can change the size while the room is live, under one rule: no occupied seat may disappear.

ضع لها قفلاً من ستّة أرقام تختاره بنفسك وتقوله لمن تريد. ولك أيضاً أن تجعل المقاعد «بطلب» فلا يجلس أحدٌ إلّا برفع يدٍ توافق عليها. Give it a six-digit lock you choose yourself and say to whoever you want. You can also set seats to "by request", so nobody sits without raising a hand you approve.

للمضيف أن يُخرج من غرفته بلا إبداء سبب — كصاحب البيت. وإن رأيت إساءةً متكرّرة لهذه الصلاحية، أبلغ عن الغرفة ونراجعها. A host may remove anyone from their room without giving a reason — it is their house. If you see this power repeatedly abused, report the room and we will review it.

لا نسجّل الصوت. يُنقل حيّاً ثم يزول. لكنّ الدردشة النصّية تُحفظ لأنّها تُعرض لمن يدخل لاحقاً وتكون دليلاً عند البلاغ. وتذكّر أنّ الغرفة مكانٌ عامّ وقد يسجّل أحدهم بجهازه — وهذا مخالفٌ لقواعدنا ويُعاقَب عليه. التفصيل في سياسة الخصوصية. We do not record audio. It is carried live and then gone. Text chat is stored because it is shown to later arrivals and is evidence when reported. Remember a room is a public place and someone may record on their own device — that violates our rules and is actioned. Details in the Privacy Policy.

No. More than 55 games open inside the room with no download at all — 9 of them on the Godot engine. They load only from our own domain, so a game can never take you to an outside site.

بلوت وأونو ولودو وطاولة وجاسوس تُلعب على طاولةٍ مشتركة يديرها خادمٌ عندنا: جهازك يرسل نيّة — «ألقيتُ هذه الورقة» — والخادم وحده يقرّر النتيجة. فتعديل اللعبة على جهازك لا يغيّر شيئاً عند الآخرين. Baloot, Uno, Ludo, backgammon and Spy are played on a shared table run by our server: your device sends an intent — "I played this card" — and the server alone decides the outcome. Modifying the game on your device changes nothing for anyone else.

لا رهان. العملات لا تُراهَن على نتيجة لعبة، والفوز لا يُشترى. وما تكسبه في اللعبة نقاطٌ ومراتب، لا مال. No wagering. Coins are not staked on a game's outcome and a win cannot be bought. What you earn in a game is points and standing, not money.

بعض الطاولات تُكمَّل بلاعبين آليين حين لا يكتمل العدد، والطاولة تبيّن ذلك. اللاعب الآلي لا يدفع ولا يُهدي ولا يُحتسب في مسابقة. Some tables are filled with bots when there are not enough people, and the table says so. A bot does not pay, does not gift and does not count in a contest.

لا شراء في مرحلة التجربة. العملات تُمنح: رصيدُ بداية، ومكافأةٌ يومية، وما يصلك هديّةً. ولا يوجد في التطبيق اليوم أي قناة دفعٍ بمالٍ حقيقي. وحين يُفتح الشراء لاحقاً سيكون عبر متجر التطبيقات وحده. There is no purchasing in the beta. Coins are granted: a starting balance, a daily reward, and whatever arrives as a gift. There is no real-money payment channel in the app today. When purchasing opens later, it will be through the app store only.

Gold is what you spend: gifts, memberships, the store. Diamonds are what you earn when someone gifts you. You can exchange diamonds for gold whenever you like at two diamonds per coin — and any remainder too small to make a whole coin stays with you rather than being swallowed.

الهدية نهائية ولا تُسترجع — حتى لو أُرسلت خطأً. صُمّمت هكذا عمداً: لو أمكن سحبها لصارت وعداً قابلاً للنقض، ولفقد جدارُ الهدايا معناه. Gifts are final and cannot be recalled — even when sent by mistake. That is deliberate: if a gift could be withdrawn it would become a revocable promise, and the gift wall would mean nothing.

صندوق الحظّ يبقى معروضاً خمس دقائق. ما لم يُطالَب به خلالها يُردّ الباقي إلى محفظتك تلقائياً — لا يضيع. A lucky bag stays claimable for five minutes. Whatever is unclaimed when they end returns to your wallet automatically — it is not lost.

At 20,000 diamonds — below that the fees would consume the payout itself. A request needs identity verification and a bank account in your own name, and every request is reviewed by a person. Details in the Terms of Use.

أربع درجات. مزاياها تجميلية وامتيازات داخل الغرف — إطارات ودخول مميّز ومقاعد أوسع حضوراً. وهي لا تشتري معاملةً تفضيلية في البلاغات أو الإشراف. Four tiers. The benefits are cosmetic and in-room privileges — frames, entrance effects, more presence. They do not buy preferential treatment in reports or moderation.

المدّة ثلاثون يوماً، والتجديد يمدّد المدّة ولا يستبدلها — فلا تخسر أياماً متبقّية. وفي مرحلة التجربة يُنال VIP بالذهب الممنوح داخل التطبيق، لا بمالٍ حقيقي. A term is thirty days, and renewal extends rather than replaces it — you never lose remaining days. In the beta, VIP is obtained with the gold granted inside the app, not with real money.

شخصيات ذكاء اصطناعي تشارك في الغرف والرسائل، وتحمل دائماً شارة «ذكاء اصطناعي» في قائمة الرسائل وفي الغرفة — لا نُخفيها ولا نُلبسها صفة إنسان. والمساعد الصوتي داخل التطبيق موسومٌ كذلك. AI characters that take part in rooms and messages, always carrying an "AI" badge in the message list and in the room — we never hide it or dress them up as human. The in-app voice assistant is labelled the same way.

No. What an AI host says is not medical, financial, religious or legal advice, and it may be wrong. It does not buy and does not withdraw, and any promise it makes of money, a benefit or an exception does not bind us.

من داخل التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. لا تحتاج مراسلتنا ولا إبداء سبب. وهو حذفٌ حقيقيّ لا تعطيل: تُمحى صفوفك من قاعدة البيانات فوراً، ولا يمكن استرجاع الحساب بعده. In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. No email needed and no reason required. It is a real delete, not a deactivation: your rows are removed from the database immediately, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.

Stated plainly: your balance is forfeited and not refunded · gifts you sent stay with those who received them · room chat lines remain stripped of your name and of any link to your account · files you uploaded are unlinked from you and stop appearing in the app · and payment and moderation records remain for their legal terms. From their profile, the message, or the room itself. Describe what happened clearly — a clear report is handled faster. If it is urgent and someone is at risk, write to [email protected] directly.

١٧ سنة، ومن دون ١٨ يحتاج موافقة وليّ أمره. وإن علمنا بحساب لطفل دون السنّ أغلقناه وحذفنا بياناته. إن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أنّ طفلك أنشأ حساباً، راسل [email protected]. 17, and anyone under 18 needs a guardian's consent. If we learn of an underage account we close it and delete its data. If you are a guardian and believe your child created an account, write to [email protected].

Every decision can be appealed, and a human who did not make the original decision reviews it. Send your appeal to [email protected] from the address on your account, with your account ID and what you believe was wrong: your window to appeal is 30 days, our first response comes within 7 business days, and the final decision within 30 days. The countdown on the home page shows how long the current one has left.
