هذه السياسة تصف ما نجمعه فعلاً — لا ما قد نجمعه يوماً. إن أضفنا نوعاً جديداً من البيانات، حدّثنا هذه الصفحة وأخبرناك داخل التطبيق قبل أن يبدأ الجمع. This policy describes what we actually collect — not what we might one day. If we add a new category of data, we update this page and tell you in-app before collection begins.
١ · ما نجمعه1 · What we collect
ما تعطينا إيّاهWhat you give us
- رقم هاتفك — وهو الطريقة الوحيدة لإنشاء حساب. نرسل إليه رمزاً لمرّة واحدة صالحاً خمس دقائق. Your phone number — the only way to create an account. We send it a one-time code valid for five minutes.
- ملفّك الشخصي — الاسم المعروض، الصورة، النبذة، وما تختاره من مظاهر. Your profile — display name, picture, bio, and the cosmetics you choose.
- ما تكتبه — رسائل الدردشة في الغرف، والرسائل المباشرة، وإعلانات الغرفة إن كنت مضيفاً. What you write — room chat, direct messages, and room announcements if you host.
- بلاغاتك — ما تُبلّغ عنه ونصّ البلاغ. Your reports — what you report and the text you submit.
ما يُنشأ باستخدامكWhat your use generates
- نشاطك — الغرف التي دخلتها، المقاعد التي جلست عليها، من تتابع، ومن حظرت. Activity — rooms joined, seats taken, who you follow, who you block.
- محفظتك — شراء العملات، الهدايا المُرسلة والمستلمة، تحويل الألماس، وطلبات السحب. كلٌّ منها قيد في كشف حسابك. Wallet — coin purchases, gifts sent and received, diamond conversions and payout requests. Each is an entry in your ledger.
- زوّار ملفّك — نسجّل من فتح ملفّك الشخصي، وتستطيع رؤية القائمة. Profile visitors — we record who opened your profile, and you can see the list.
- بيانات تقنية — نوع الجهاز، إصدار التطبيق، وسجلّات الأخطاء اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة. Technical data — device type, app version, and error logs needed to operate the service.
ما لا نجمعهWhat we do not collect
لا نجمع جهات اتصالك، ولا موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق، ولا نقرأ ملفّاتك أو صورك خارج ما ترفعه بنفسك. ولا نبيع بياناتك لأحد — لا الآن ولا لاحقاً. We do not collect your contacts, your precise location, and we do not read files or photos beyond what you upload yourself. We do not sell your data to anyone — not now, not later.
٢ · لماذا نجمعه2 · Why we collect it
- لتشغيل الخدمة — لا يمكن أن تكون لك محفظة بلا سجلّ معاملات، ولا مقعد بلا حساب. To run the service — you cannot have a wallet without a transaction record, or a seat without an account.
- للأمان — البلاغات وسجلّات الإشراف هي ما يسمح لنا بإيقاف الإساءة. For safety — reports and moderation logs are what let us stop abuse.
- للالتزام النظامي — سجلّات المدفوعات والسحب مطلوبة نظاماً ومحاسبياً. For legal compliance — payment and payout records are required by law and accounting.
- لتحسين المنتج — إحصاءات مجمّعة لا تُعرّف شخصاً بعينه. To improve the product — aggregate statistics that identify no individual.
٣ · الصوت والغرف3 · Audio and rooms
لا نسجّل صوت الغرف. الصوت يُنقل حيّاً بين المشاركين ثم يزول — لا يُحفَظ على خوادمنا ولا يُعاد بثّه. We do not record room audio. Audio is carried live between participants and then it is gone — not stored on our servers, not replayed.
لكن انتبه: الغرفة مكان عامّ. ما تقوله يسمعه كل من فيها، وقد يسجّله أحدهم بجهازه. لا نستطيع منع ذلك تقنياً، لكنّه مخالف لقواعد المجتمع ويُعاقَب عليه عند الإبلاغ. But be aware: a room is a public place. What you say is heard by everyone in it, and someone may record it on their own device. We cannot technically prevent that, but it violates our Community Guidelines and is actioned when reported.
الدردشة النصّية تُحفَظ — لأنّها تُعرض لمن يدخل الغرفة لاحقاً ولأنّها دليل عند البلاغ. Text chat is stored — because it is shown to people who join later, and because it is evidence when something is reported.
٤ · مع من نتشارك4 · Who we share with
نشارك أقلّ قدر ممكن، ومع أطراف محدودة لكلٍّ منها غرض واضح: We share the minimum necessary, with a limited set of parties each serving a clear purpose:
- مزوّد الصوت — لنقل الصوت الحيّ بين المشاركين. يمرّ الصوت ولا يُخزَّن. Our audio provider — to carry live audio between participants. Audio passes through; it is not stored.
- متاجر التطبيقات — Apple و Google تعالجان عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق. نحن لا نرى بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقاً. App stores — Apple and Google process in-app purchases. We never see your card details.
- الجهات المختصّة — عند طلب نظامي صحيح، وبالقدر الذي يوجبه الطلب فقط. Authorities — upon a valid legal request, and only to the extent it requires.
٥ · مدّة الاحتفاظ5 · How long we keep it

سجلّ الإشراف يبقى بعد حذف الحساب لسبب واحد: لولاه لاستطاع من يُساء إليه الآخرون أن يمحو أثره بحذف حسابه وإنشاء غيره. ويُحتفظ به بأقلّ قدر يعرّف الحالة. The audit log survives account deletion for one reason: without it, someone who harms others could erase the trace by deleting their account and making another. It is kept to the minimum that identifies the case.
٦ · حقوقك6 · Your rights
- الاطّلاع — ملفّك وكشف حسابك وجدار هداياك وقائمة زوّارك، كلّها معروضة داخل التطبيق. Access — your profile, ledger, gift wall and visitor list are all visible in-app.
- التصحيح — عدّل ملفّك متى شئت. Correction — edit your profile whenever you like.
- الحذف — احذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق مباشرةً، بلا مراسلة ولا مبرّر. Deletion — delete your account from inside the app, with no email and no justification required.
- الاعتراض — راسلنا وسنردّ خلال ثلاثين يوماً. Objection — write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
ماذا يبقى بعد الحذف: رصيد محفظتك يسقط ولا يُستردّ. والهدايا التي أرسلتها تبقى على جدران من تلقّاها — لأنّها صارت ملكهم. وسجلّات المدفوعات وسجلّ الإشراف يبقيان كما شُرح أعلاه. What survives deletion: your wallet balance is forfeited and not refunded. Gifts you sent remain on the walls of those who received them — they became theirs. Payment records and the audit log remain as explained above.
٧ · الأطفال7 · Children
WYNQ ليست للأطفال. الحدّ الأدنى للاستخدام ١٣ سنة، ومن دون ١٨ يحتاج موافقة وليّ أمره. وإن علمنا بحساب لطفل دون السنّ، أغلقناه وحذفنا بياناته. WYNQ is not for children. The minimum age is 13, and anyone under 18 needs a guardian's consent. If we learn of an underage account, we close it and delete its data.
إن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أنّ طفلك أنشأ حساباً، راسلنا على [email protected] ونتصرّف فوراً. If you are a guardian and believe your child created an account, write to [email protected] and we will act immediately.
٨ · الأمان8 · Security
- كل الاتصال بين تطبيقك وخوادمنا مشفّر. All traffic between your app and our servers is encrypted.
- جلسات الدخول قصيرة الأجل وتُجدَّد، فسرقة جلسة لا تعني حساباً دائماً. Sessions are short-lived and refreshed, so a stolen session is not a permanent account.
- الوصول الإداري محصور بفريق محدود، وكل إجراء يُسجَّل باسم منفّذه. Administrative access is limited to a small team, and every action is logged against the person who took it.
ولا يوجد نظام مُحصَّن تماماً. إن وقع خرق يمسّ بياناتك، نُخطرك ونُخطر الجهة المختصّة بأسرع ما يمكن. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as quickly as we can.
