‏WYNQ مجلس. والمجلس له أدب. هذه القواعد ليست قائمة عقوبات — هي وصف للمكان الذي نريده: مكان يستطيع فيه شخص جديد أن يدخل ويتكلّم بلا خوف. WYNQ is a gathering, and a gathering has manners. These rules are not a list of punishments — they describe the place we want: one where a newcomer can walk in and speak without fear.

القاعدة الواحدةThe one rule

ممنوع منعاً باتاًNever allowed

هذه تؤدّي إلى إغلاق فوري بلا إنذار، وتُبلَّغ عنها الجهات المختصّة عند الاقتضاء: These lead to immediate closure without warning, and are reported to authorities where appropriate:

• أي محتوى يمسّ الأطفال أو يستغلّهم. Any content that harms or exploits children.
• التهديد الحقيقي بالعنف، أو التحريض عليه. Credible threats of violence, or incitement to it.
• المحتوى الجنسي الصريح. Sexually explicit content.
• الترويج للإرهاب أو الجماعات المتطرّفة. Promoting terrorism or extremist organisations.
• بيع الممنوعات أو المخدّرات أو الأسلحة. Selling illegal goods, drugs or weapons.
• نشر بيانات شخص خاصّة بلا إذنه. Publishing someone's private information without consent.

في الغرفIn rooms

• احترم المضيف. المقعد ليس حقّاً مكتسباً — هو دعوة، وللمضيف أن يسحبها. Respect the host. A seat is not a right — it is an invitation, and the host may withdraw it.
• لا تقاطع ولا تعلُ بصوتك على غيرك. المجلس لا يتّسع لصوتين معاً. Do not interrupt or talk over people. A gathering has room for one voice at a time.
• لا تسجّل ولا تنشر ما يُقال بلا إذن أهل الغرفة. وهذا يشمل التسجيل بجهاز آخر. Do not record or republish what is said without the participants' consent. That includes recording on another device.
• لا إزعاج متعمّد — ضجيج، موسيقى فوق الكلام، أو دخول وخروج متكرّر لتشتيت الغرفة. No deliberate disruption — noise, music over speech, or repeated join/leave to derail a room.
• لا إعلانات ولا دعوة لتطبيقات أخرى داخل الغرف. No advertising or promoting other platforms inside rooms.

في التعاملWith each other

• لا سخرية من دين أحد أو عرقه أو بلده أو مظهره أو لهجته. No mockery of anyone's religion, race, country, appearance or accent.
• لا ملاحقة لشخص من غرفة إلى غرفة، ولا رسائل متكرّرة بعد أن يطلب التوقّف. No following someone room to room, and no repeated messages after they ask you to stop.
• لا انتحال شخصية أحد، ولا ادّعاء صفة رسمية في WYNQ. No impersonating anyone, and no claiming an official WYNQ role.
• لا طلب لبيانات شخصية — رقم، عنوان، صورة هوية — من أحد. Do not ask anyone for personal data — a number, an address, an ID photo.

في المالWith money

• لا تسوّل. اطلبْ ما تستحقّه بجهدك لا بالإلحاح. No begging. Earn support; do not pressure people for it.
• لا هدايا صورية بين حسابات متواطئة لتضخيم الأرقام أو استخراج أموال. No sham gifting between colluding accounts to inflate numbers or extract funds.
• لا بيع للحسابات ولا للعملات خارج التطبيق. من يشتري حساباً يشتري مخالفةً ويخسر الاثنين. No selling accounts or coins outside the app. Buying an account buys a violation — you lose both.
• لا وعود كاذبة بمقابل نظير هدية. الهدية تقدير، لا عقد. No false promises in exchange for a gift. A gift is appreciation, not a contract.

ماذا يحدث عند المخالفةWhat happens when a rule is broken

كل إجراء يُقيَّد في سجلّ تدقيق باسم منفّذه. ولك أن تعترض: راسلنا وسيراجع القرار إنسان، لا نظام آليّ. Every action is written to an audit log against the person who took it. You may appeal: write to us and a human reviews the decision, not an automated system.

إن رأيت مخالفةIf you see a violation

• أبلغ — من داخل التطبيق، على المستخدم أو الغرفة أو الرسالة. Report it — in-app, on the user, the room or the message.
• احظر — فيختفي عنك في كل مكان داخل التطبيق. Block them — and they disappear from your experience everywhere in the app.
• لا تشتبك. الردّ بالمثل يجعلك طرفاً في المخالفة. Do not engage. Retaliating makes you part of the violation.

وإن كان الأمر عاجلاً — خطر على شخص أو طفل — راسلنا مباشرةً على [email protected] ونعطيه الأولوية القصوى. If it is urgent — danger to a person or a child — write directly to [email protected] and we prioritise it above everything.
