باستخدامك WYNQ فأنت توافق على ما يلي. إن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة. By using WYNQ you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

١ · حسابك1 · Your account

• الحساب مرتبط برقم هاتفك، ولك أنت وحدك. لا تشاركه ولا تبِعه ولا تنقله. Your account is tied to your phone number and is yours alone. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
• الحدّ الأدنى للسنّ ١٧ سنة، ومن دون ١٨ يلزمه إذن وليّ أمره. Minimum age is 17; anyone under 18 needs a guardian's permission.
• أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يجري من حسابك، وعن الحفاظ على هاتفك ورمز التحقّق. You are responsible for everything done from your account, and for keeping your phone and verification code safe.
• حساب واحد للشخص الواحد. تعدّد الحسابات للتحايل على حظر أو على مكافأة سببٌ للإغلاق. One account per person. Multiple accounts to evade a ban or farm a reward is grounds for closure.

٢ · سلوكك2 · Your conduct

التفصيل في قواعد المجتمع، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط. وباختصار — يُمنع: The detail lives in our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms. In short, you may not:

• التحرّش أو التهديد أو الكراهية أو التنمّر. Harass, threaten, or engage in hate speech or bullying.
• المحتوى الجنسي، أو ما يخالف الآداب العامّة والأنظمة المعمول بها. Post sexual content, or anything contrary to public decency and applicable law.
• انتحال شخصية غيرك، أو ادّعاء صفة رسمية لا تملكها. Impersonate another person or claim an official status you do not hold.
• تسجيل غرفة أو نشر ما يُقال فيها بلا إذن أهلها. Record a room or publish what is said in it without the participants' consent.
• التلاعب بالاقتصاد: هدايا صورية، شراء بطاقات مسروقة، أو أي احتيال على المكافآت. Manipulate the economy: sham gifting, stolen cards, or any reward fraud.
• محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو الوصول إلى بيانات غيرك. Attempt to breach or disrupt the service, or access another user's data.

٣ · العملات والهدايا3 · Coins & gifts

• في مرحلة التجربة الحالية لا يوجد شراء. العملات تُمنح — رصيدُ بداية، ومكافأةٌ يومية، وما يصلك هديّةً. ولا يوجد في التطبيق اليوم أي قناة دفعٍ بمالٍ حقيقي. In the current beta there is no purchasing. Coins are granted — a starting balance, a daily reward, and whatever arrives as a gift. There is no real-money payment channel in the app today.
• وحين يُفتح الشراء، سيكون عبر متجر التطبيقات وحده، وتخضع عمليّته لسياسة استرداد المتجر لا لسياستنا. ولن نرى بيانات بطاقتك في أي حال. When purchasing opens, it will be through the app store only, and the transaction will fall under that store's refund policy rather than ours. We will not see your card details in any case.
• الهدية نهائية. ما أُرسل لا يُسترجع، حتى لو أُرسل خطأً. Gifts are final. What is sent cannot be recalled, even if sent by mistake.
• قد نعدّل أسعار الهدايا وقوائمها ومعدّلات التحويل. والتعديل لا يسري بأثر رجعي على معاملة تمّت. We may change gift prices, catalogues and conversion rates. Changes do not apply retroactively to a completed transaction.
• العملات المكتسبة من مكافآت أو فعاليات قد تنتهي صلاحيتها، ويُبيَّن ذلك عند منحها. Coins granted by rewards or events may expire; this is stated when they are granted.

٤ · المضيفون والسحب4 · Hosts & payouts

• السحب يتطلّب تحقّقاً من الهوية ومطابقة اسم الحساب البنكي لاسم صاحب الحساب. Payouts require identity verification and a bank account name matching the account holder.
• نراجع كل طلب سحب. وقد نؤخّره أو نرفضه إن اشتبهنا في احتيال أو تلاعب — ونبيّن السبب. We review every payout request. We may delay or decline one where we suspect fraud or manipulation — and we will say why.
• لا نتحمّل الضرائب أو الرسوم المستحقّة عليك في بلدك. أنت المسؤول عن إقرارها وسدادها. We do not cover taxes or fees due from you in your jurisdiction. Declaring and paying them is your responsibility.
• الألماس المكتسب بمخالفة هذه الشروط يُلغى ولا يُصرف. Diamonds earned in breach of these Terms are void and will not be paid out.

٥ · VIP والاشتراكات5 · VIP & subscriptions

• اشتراك VIP مدّته ثلاثون يوماً، والتجديد يمدّد المدّة ولا يستبدلها — فلا تخسر أياماً متبقّية. A VIP term is thirty days, and renewal extends rather than replaces it — you never lose remaining days.
• مزايا VIP تجميلية وامتيازات داخل الغرف. لا تشتري معاملة تفضيلية في البلاغات أو الإشراف. VIP benefits are cosmetic and in-room privileges. They do not buy preferential treatment in reports or moderation.
• إلغاء التجديد التلقائي يتمّ من متجر التطبيقات، وتبقى مزاياك حتى انتهاء المدّة المدفوعة. Auto-renewal is cancelled in the app store; your benefits remain until the paid term ends.

٦ · محتواك6 · Your content

ما تنشره يبقى ملكك. ونحتاج منك ترخيصاً محدوداً غير حصري لعرضه داخل WYNQ — لنستطيع إظهار اسمك وصورتك ورسائلك لمن في الغرفة. ينتهي هذا الترخيص بحذفك للمحتوى، عدا ما يلزم بقاؤه للأمان أو النظام. What you post stays yours. We need a limited, non-exclusive licence to display it inside WYNQ — so we can show your name, picture and messages to people in the room. That licence ends when you delete the content, except what must be retained for safety or law.

ولا تنشر ما لا تملك حقّه — صورةً أو صوتاً أو اسماً أو علامة تجارية. Do not post what you do not own the rights to — an image, a recording, a name or a trademark.

٧ · المضيفات الذكيّة7 · AI hosts

• ليست مصدر معرفة. ما تقوله المضيفة الذكيّة ليس نصيحةً طبّية ولا مالية ولا شرعية ولا قانونية، وقد يكون خاطئاً. لا تبنِ عليه قراراً. Not a source of truth. What an AI host says is not medical, financial, religious or legal advice, and it may be wrong. Do not base a decision on it.
• ما تكتبه لها يُرسَل إلى مزوّد النموذج لتوليد الردّ — انظر سياسة الخصوصية لأسماء المزوّدين وما يصلهم. فلا تُفضِ إليها بما لا تُفضي به إلى غريب. What you write to it is sent to the model provider to generate the reply — see the Privacy Policy for who they are and what reaches them. Do not tell it what you would not tell a stranger.
• لا مال ولا سحب. المضيفة الذكيّة لا تشتري ولا تسحب ولا تُنشئ التزاماً علينا. وأي وعدٍ يصدر عنها بمالٍ أو ميزةٍ أو استثناء لا يُلزمنا. No money, no payouts. An AI host does not buy, does not withdraw, and creates no obligation on us. Any promise it makes of money, a benefit or an exception does not bind us.
• القواعد نفسها تسري. محاولة استدراجها إلى محتوى محظور — جنسيّ، أو مؤذٍ، أو يمسّ طفلاً — مخالفةٌ تُعامَل كما لو وُجّهت إلى إنسان، وسجلّ المحادثة محفوظٌ كغيره. The same rules apply. Steering it toward prohibited content — sexual, harmful, or involving a child — is a violation handled exactly as if it were directed at a person, and the conversation log is kept like any other.
• لك أن تُبلغ عنها. إن ردّت بما تراه خاطئاً أو مسيئاً، أبلغ من داخل التطبيق كما تُبلغ عن أي رسالة — والبلاغ يصل إلى إنسان. You can report it. If it says something wrong or offensive, report it in-app as you would any message — and the report reaches a human.
• مساعد الغرفة الصوتي. حين يُفعَّل المساعد الصوتي في غرفة، يُرسَل صوت الميكروفون إلى مزوّد تعرّفٍ على الكلام ليُحوَّل نصّاً — وهذا مبيَّنٌ في الغرفة عند تفعيله، ومشروحٌ في سياسة الخصوصية. The room voice assistant. When the voice assistant is switched on in a room, microphone audio is sent to a speech-recognition provider to be turned into text — this is shown in the room when it is enabled, and explained in the Privacy Policy.

٨ · الألعاب8 · Games

ألعاب WYNQ لا تُحمَّل مع التطبيق: تُفتح داخله من نطاقنا نحن (wynq.live) وحده — التطبيق يرفض أي عنوانٍ غيره، فلا تنقلك لعبةٌ إلى موقعٍ خارجي. ومنها ما يُلعَب وحدك، ومنها ما يُلعَب على طاولةٍ مشتركة يديرها خادمٌ عندنا. WYNQ's games do not ship inside the app: they open within it from our own domain (wynq.live) and nowhere else — the app refuses any other address, so a game cannot navigate you to an outside site. Some are played alone; others are played on a shared table run by a server of ours.

• الطاولة يملكها الخادم. في الألعاب المشتركة، جهازك يرسل نيّة — «ألقيتُ هذه الورقة» — والخادم وحده يقرّر النتيجة. فتعديل اللعبة على جهازك لا يغيّر شيئاً عند الآخرين. The server owns the table. In shared games your device sends an intent — "I played this card" — and the server alone decides the outcome. Modifying the game on your device changes nothing for anyone else.
• لا رهان. لا تُراهَن العملات على نتيجة لعبة، ولا يُشترى فوز. وما تكسبه في لعبةٍ نقاطٌ ومراتب، لا مالاً. No wagering. Coins are not staked on a game's outcome and a win cannot be bought. What you earn in a game is points and standing, not money.
• اللعب النظيف. الغشّ، أو استخدام برنامجٍ آلي، أو التواطؤ بين حسابين على طاولةٍ واحدة، أو مغادرة الطاولة عمداً لإفساد الجولة — كلّها مخالفات تُعامَل كما تُعامَل مخالفات الغرف. Fair play. Cheating, using a bot, colluding between two accounts at one table, or deliberately abandoning a table to spoil the round — each is a violation, handled like any room violation.
• الخصوم الآليون. بعض الطاولات تُملأ بلاعبين آليين حين لا يكتمل العدد، ويُبيَّن ذلك في الطاولة. اللاعب الآلي لا يدفع ولا يُهدي ولا يُحتسب في مسابقة. Bot opponents. Some tables are filled with bots when there are not enough people, and the table says so. A bot does not pay, does not gift and does not count in a contest.

٩ · التعليق والإنهاء9 · Suspension & termination

• قد نُقيّد حسابك أو نعلّقه أو نغلقه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو قواعد المجتمع. We may restrict, suspend or close your account for breaching these Terms or the Guidelines.
• في المخالفات الجسيمة — إيذاء الأطفال، التهديد الحقيقي، الاحتيال المنظّم — يكون الإغلاق فورياً وبلا إنذار. For severe violations — child harm, credible threats, organised fraud — closure is immediate and without warning.
• عند الإغلاق بسبب مخالفة، تسقط العملات والألماس بلا تعويض. On closure for a violation, coins and diamonds are forfeited without compensation.
• تستطيع إنهاء استخدامك متى شئت بحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق. You may end your use at any time by deleting your account in-app.
• إن رأيت أنّ القرار خاطئ، راسلنا وسنراجعه بنظر بشري. If you believe a decision was wrong, write to us and a human will review it.

١٠ · الاعتراض على قرار10 · Appealing a decision

كل إجراءٍ نتّخذه ضدّ حساب — كتمٌ أو تقييدٌ أو إغلاق — قابلٌ للاعتراض، ويراجعه إنسان لم يتّخذ القرار الأصلي. Every action we take against an account — a mute, a restriction, a closure — can be appealed, and the appeal is reviewed by a human who did not make the original decision.

• أرسل اعتراضك إلى [email protected] من البريد المرتبط بحسابك، واذكر رقم الحساب (ID) وما تراه خطأً. Send your appeal to [email protected] from the address on your account, with your account ID and what you believe was wrong.
• إن تبيّن خطأ القرار، أُلغي وأُعيد إليك ما سقط بسببه من رصيدٍ أو امتياز. If the decision was wrong, it is reversed and any balance or privilege lost because of it is restored.
• المخالفات الجنائية — ما يمسّ الأطفال أو يهدّد حياةً — لا تُراجَع عندنا؛ تبقى محالةً إلى الجهة المختصّة. Criminal violations — child harm, credible threats to life — are not reviewed by us; they remain referred to the competent authority.

١١ · حدود المسؤولية11 · Limits of liability

تُقدَّم WYNQ «كما هي». نبذل جهداً معقولاً لإبقائها تعمل، ولا نضمن استمرارها بلا انقطاع ولا خلوّها من الأخطاء. WYNQ is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

لسنا طرفاً فيما يجري بين المستخدمين. ما يُقال في الغرف يقوله أصحابه، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية اتفاق أو خلاف أو معاملة تنشأ بينكم خارج آليات التطبيق. We are not a party to what happens between users. What is said in rooms is said by the people who say it; we are not responsible for any agreement, dispute or transaction you arrange outside the app's own mechanisms.

ومسؤوليتنا تجاهك — أياً كان سببها — محدودة بما دفعته لنا فعلاً خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للحدث، وذلك في حدود ما يسمح به النظام. Our liability to you — whatever its cause — is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event, to the extent the law permits.

١٢ · شروط تفرضها آبل12 · Terms required by Apple

أنت تحمّل WYNQ من App Store، ولذلك تسري البنود التالية إضافةً إلى ما سبق. وهي مطلوبة من آبل لكل تطبيقٍ يستبدل اتفاقيّتها النموذجية باتفاقيّةٍ خاصة، وقد كتبناها هنا كاملةً بدل الإحالة إلى وثيقةٍ أخرى. You download WYNQ from the App Store, so the following applies in addition to everything above. Apple requires these terms of any app that replaces its standard licence with a custom one, and we set them out in full here rather than pointing you at another document.

• الاتفاق بيننا نحن. هذه الشروط بينك وبين WYNQ وحدنا — لا بينك وبين آبل. آبل ليست طرفاً فيها ولا مسؤولةً عن التطبيق ولا عن محتواه. This agreement is with us. These Terms are between you and WYNQ alone — not between you and Apple. Apple is not a party to them and is not responsible for the app or its content.
• نطاق الرخصة. نمنحك رخصةً شخصيةً غير قابلة للنقل لاستخدام WYNQ على أي جهاز آبل تملكه أو تتحكّم به، وفق «قواعد الاستخدام» في شروط خدمات آبل السارية. Scope of licence. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to run WYNQ on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's then-current Media Services Terms.
• الصيانة والدعم علينا. نحن وحدنا مسؤولون عن صيانة WYNQ ودعمها. ولا تلتزم آبل بأي دعمٍ يخصّها. Maintenance and support are ours. We alone are responsible for maintaining and supporting WYNQ. Apple has no support obligation whatsoever.
• الضمان. إن كان للتطبيق ضمانٌ فهو منّا. وإن أخفق التطبيق في مطابقة أي ضمانٍ سارٍ، جاز لك إخطار آبل فتردّ إليك ثمن الشراء إن وُجد — وذلك أقصى ما تلتزم به آبل، وما بقي من مطالبات فعلينا. Warranty. Any warranty on the app is ours. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any — that is the full extent of Apple's obligation, and every other claim rests with us.
• المطالبات المتعلّقة بالمنتج. نحن — لا آبل — من يتولّى أي مطالبةٍ منك أو من غيرك بشأن التطبيق: المسؤولية عن المنتج، أو مخالفة متطلّبٍ نظامي، أو دعاوى حماية المستهلك وحماية البيانات. Product claims. We — not Apple — handle any claim by you or a third party relating to the app: product liability, failure to meet a legal requirement, or consumer-protection and data-protection claims.
• الملكية الفكرية. إن ادّعى طرفٌ ثالث أنّ WYNQ تنتهك حقّه، فنحن من يتولّى التحقيق والدفاع والتسوية وأداء ما يلزم، لا آبل. Intellectual property. If a third party claims WYNQ infringes their rights, we — not Apple — are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
• الالتزام بأنظمة التصدير. تُقرّ بأنّك لست في دولةٍ خاضعةٍ لحظرٍ أمريكي أو مصنّفةٍ «راعيةً للإرهاب»، وأنّك لست مدرجاً في أي قائمة أطرافٍ محظورة. Export compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any restricted-party list.
• آبل مستفيدٌ ثالث. آبل وشركاتها التابعة مستفيدون من هذه الشروط، ولها — عند قبولك إيّاها — حقّ الاحتجاج بها في مواجهتك بوصفها مستفيداً ثالثاً. Apple as third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you as such.

وللتواصل بشأن أي سؤالٍ أو شكوى أو مطالبةٍ تتعلّق بالتطبيق: [email protected] — ونردّ خلال ثلاثين يوماً. For any question, complaint or claim about the app: [email protected] — we respond within thirty days.

١٣ · التغييرات والنظام المطبَّق13 · Changes & governing law

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط. وعند التعديل الجوهري نُخطرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه، ويكون استمرارك في الاستخدام قبولاً به. We may amend these Terms. For a material change we will notify you in-app before it takes effect, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختصّ محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

وإن بطل بند منها، بقيت بقيّة البنود نافذة. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.

١٤ · أحكام عامّة14 · General provisions

• القوّة القاهرة. لا نُسأل عن تأخّرٍ أو انقطاعٍ سببه ما يخرج عن سيطرتنا المعقولة: انقطاع شبكةٍ أو كهرباء، عطل مزوّدٍ نعتمد عليه، أمرٌ من جهةٍ مختصّة، أو حدثٌ قاهر. Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or interruption caused by matters outside our reasonable control: a network or power outage, a failure at a provider we depend on, an order from a competent authority, or an act of God.
• التنازل. لا يجوز لك التنازل عن حسابك ولا عن حقوقك هنا لأحد. ولنا أن نتنازل عن هذه الشروط ضمن اندماجٍ أو استحواذٍ أو بيعٍ للنشاط، على أن تبقى حقوقك كما هي. Assignment. You may not assign your account or your rights here to anyone. We may assign these Terms in a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, provided your rights are preserved.
• الإخطارات. نُخطرك داخل التطبيق أو على بريدك المسجّل، وتُخطرنا على [email protected]. ويُعدّ الإخطار واصلاً بعد يومٍ من إرساله. Notices. We notify you in-app or at your registered email; you notify us at [email protected]. A notice is deemed received one day after it is sent.
• عدم التنازل عن حقّ. سكوتنا عن مخالفةٍ مرّةً لا يعني تنازلاً عن حقّنا في التمسّك بها لاحقاً. No waiver. Not acting on a breach once is not a waiver of our right to act on it later.
• ما يبقى بعد الانتهاء. تبقى بنود العملات والهدايا، والمحتوى، وحدود المسؤولية، والنظام المطبَّق نافذةً بعد إغلاق حسابك أو انتهاء هذه الشروط. Survival. The clauses on coins and gifts, content, limits of liability and governing law survive the closure of your account and the end of these Terms.
• الاتفاق الكامل. هذه الشروط وقواعد المجتمع وسياسة الخصوصية هي كامل ما بيننا، وتحلّ محلّ أي وعدٍ أو إعلانٍ سابق. Entire agreement. These Terms, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy are the whole of what is between us, and supersede any earlier promise or announcement.
• اللغة. النصّان العربي والإنجليزي متطابقان قصداً. وإن اختلفا في تفسيرٍ، رجّح النصّ العربي. Language. The Arabic and English texts are intended to be identical. Where they differ in interpretation, the Arabic text prevails.
