١ · ما نجمعه1 · What we collect

ما تعطينا إيّاهWhat you give us

• بريدك أو رقم هاتفك — أحدهما، وهو ما يُنشأ به الحساب. نرسل إليه رمزاً من ستّة أرقام لمرّة واحدة صالحاً خمس دقائق، ولا نحفظ الرمز نفسه بل بصمته. لا كلمات مرور في WYNQ إطلاقاً. Your email or phone number — one of them, and it is what creates the account. We send it a six-digit one-time code valid for five minutes, and we store a hash of the code rather than the code. WYNQ has no passwords at all.
• أو لا شيء. يمكنك الدخول كضيف بلا بريدٍ ولا رقم. عندها لا نحفظ إلّا بصمةً لمُعرِّفٍ يولّده جهازك — لا المُعرِّف نفسه، ولا رقم جهازك، ولا أي شيء يربطك بجهازٍ آخر. Or nothing at all. You can enter as a guest with no email and no number. We then keep only a hash of an identifier your own device generates — not the identifier, not your device's serial, and nothing that links you to another device.

Gender and birth year — asked once, when you set up your profile. The year only — not the day, not the month — because an age check needs no more than that. The birth year is written once and not editable; changing it goes through support.
• ما تكتبه وتنشره — دردشة الغرف، الرسائل المباشرة والجماعية، منشورات المساحة وتعليقاتها، وإعلان الغرفة إن كنت مضيفاً. What you write and post — room chat, direct and group messages, Space posts and their comments, and the room announcement if you host.
• ما ترفعه — صورة الملفّ، صور الدردشة، البصمات الصوتية، وصوت منشورات المساحة. What you upload — your profile picture, chat images, voice notes, and audio on Space posts.
• بلاغاتك — ما تُبلّغ عنه ونصّ البلاغ. Your reports — what you report and the text of the report.

ما يُنشأ باستخدامكWhat your use generates

• نشاطك — الغرف التي دخلتها، المقاعد التي جلست عليها، من تتابع، ومن حظرت. Your activity — rooms you entered, seats you took, who you follow, who you blocked.
• محفظتك — كل حركة عملةٍ قيدٌ في كشف حسابك: هدية أرسلتها أو تلقّيتها، صندوق حظّ، تحويل ألماس، وطلب سحب. Your wallet — every currency movement is a line in your ledger: a gift sent or received, a lucky bag, a diamond exchange, a payout request.
• زوّار ملفّك — نسجّل من فتح ملفّك، وتستطيع رؤية القائمة كاملةً بنفسك. Your profile visitors — we log who opened your profile, and you can see the full list yourself.
• أفضل نتيجةٍ في كل لعبة — رقمٌ واحد لكل لعبة، لا أكثر. Your best score in each game — one number per game, nothing more.
• رمز بلدك — حرفان اثنان (SA، AE…). لا نسألك عنه ولا نستعلم عن عنوانك؛ يُشتقّ إمّا من الترويسة التي تضعها شبكة التوصيل أمامنا، أو من مقدّمة رقم هاتفك. ولا مدينة ولا إحداثيات ولا عنوان. Your country code — two letters (SA, AE…). We never ask for it and never look your address up; it is derived either from the header our CDN puts in front of us, or from your phone's dialling prefix. No city, no coordinates, no address.

ما لا نجمعهWhat we do not collect

٢ · لماذا نجمعه2 · Why we collect it

• لتشغيل الخدمة — لا يمكن أن تكون لك محفظة بلا سجلّ معاملات، ولا مقعد بلا حساب. To run the service — you cannot have a wallet without a transaction record, or a seat without an account.
• للأمان — البلاغات وسجلّات الإشراف هي ما يسمح لنا بإيقاف الإساءة. For safety — reports and moderation logs are what let us stop abuse.
• للالتزام النظامي — سجلّات المدفوعات والسحب مطلوبة نظاماً ومحاسبياً. For legal compliance — payment and payout records are required by law and accounting.
• لتحسين المنتج — أعدادٌ مجمّعة لا تُعرّف شخصاً بعينه: كم غرفةً كانت حيّةً، وكم لعبةً فُتحت. ولا أداة تحليلاتٍ في التطبيق تتتبّع ما تفعله أنت. To improve the product — aggregate counts that identify no individual: how many rooms were live, how many games were opened. There is no analytics tool in the app tracking what you personally do.

٣ · الصوت والغرف3 · Audio and rooms

ولهذه القاعدة استثناءٌ واحد نذكره صراحةً: There is one exception, and we state it plainly:

وانتبه إلى ما لا نملك منعه: الغرفة مكان عامّ. ما تقوله يسمعه كل من فيها، وقد يسجّله أحدهم بجهازه أو بجهازٍ آخر بجواره. لا نستطيع منع ذلك تقنياً، لكنّه مخالفٌ لقواعد المجتمع ويُعاقَب عليه عند الإبلاغ. And be aware of what we cannot prevent: a room is a public place. What you say is heard by everyone in it, and someone may record it on their phone or on a second device beside it. We cannot stop that technically, but it violates our Community Guidelines and is actioned when reported.

• الدردشة النصّية تُحفَظ — لأنّها تُعرض لمن يدخل الغرفة لاحقاً، ولأنّها الدليل حين يقع بلاغ. Text chat is stored — because it is shown to people who join later, and because it is the evidence when something is reported.
• البصمة الصوتية في الدردشة تُحفَظ — لأنّها رسالةٌ تُسمَع مرّةً بعد أخرى، بخلاف صوت الغرفة الحيّ. Voice notes in chat are stored — because a voice note is a message meant to be replayed, unlike live room audio.
• مشاركة الشاشة تمرّ بخادمٍ نُشغّله نحن على أجهزتنا، لا بمزوّدٍ خارجي، ولا تُسجَّل. Screen sharing passes through a server we run on our own machines, not an outside vendor, and is not recorded.

٤ · الذكاء الاصطناعي4 · Artificial intelligence

في WYNQ حساباتٌ يديرها نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي لا إنسان، وتحمل شارة ذكاء اصطناعي. هذا القسم يشرح ما يخرج من خوادمنا إلى مزوّدي النماذج، ومتى، وما يبقى بعده. WYNQ has accounts run by an AI model rather than a person, marked with a ذكاء اصطناعي badge. This section explains what leaves our servers for the model providers, when, and what remains afterwards.

ما الذي يُرسَل، ومتىWhat is sent, and when

ولا يخرج شيءٌ من هذا إلّا حين تتحدّث أنت إلى حسابٍ ذكيّ أو تكون في غرفةٍ فيها واحد. رسائلك مع البشر، ومحفظتك، وبريدك، ورقمك، وسنة ميلادك — لا يصل شيءٌ منها إلى أي نموذج. None of it leaves unless you are talking to an AI account or in a room with one. Your messages with people, your wallet, your email, your number and your birth year never reach any model.

مَن المزوّدونWho the providers are

• xAI — توليد ردود المحادثة. xAI — generating conversation replies.
• OpenAI — تحويل الكلام إلى نصّ، وتحويل النصّ إلى كلام، وبعض توليد الردود والصور. OpenAI — speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and some reply and image generation.
• وفي بعض عمليات التشغيل، نموذجٌ يعمل على أجهزتنا نحن فلا يخرج النصّ من شبكتنا أصلاً. And in some deployments, a model running on our own machines — in which case the text never leaves our network at all.

ما الذي يبقى عندناWhat stays with us

• نحفظ وسوماً قصيرة (كلمتان أو ثلاث) لما دار بينك وبين حسابٍ ذكيّ، ليتذكّر سياق حديثكما في المرّة القادمة. تُحذف بحذف حسابك. We keep short tags (two or three words) of what you and an AI account talked about, so it remembers the thread next time. They are deleted when you delete your account.
• نحن لا ندرّب أي نموذج على محادثاتك، ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها لغرض التدريب. وما يُرسل إلى المزوّد إنّما يُرسل لتوليد ردٍّ واحد؛ وما يفعله المزوّد ببياناته تحكمه سياسته هو، ونستخدم واجهاته البرمجية التي لا تُستعمل مدخلاتها في التدريب افتراضاً. We train no model on your conversations, and we neither sell nor share them for training. What goes to a provider goes to generate one reply; what the provider does with it is governed by their own policy, and we use their API tiers whose inputs are not used for training by default.
• لا قرار آلياً يمسّك. لا نُغلق حساباً ولا نُقيّده ولا نرفض سحباً بحكمٍ آليّ — القرار في هذه كلّها لإنسان. No automated decision affects you. We do not close, restrict or refuse a payout by machine judgement — a human decides each of these.

٥ · مع من نتشارك5 · Who we share with

نشارك أقلّ قدرٍ ممكن، ومع أطرافٍ معدودة نذكرها بالاسم. وهذه القائمة كاملة — ليس فيها «وشركاء آخرون». We share the minimum, with a small set of parties we name. This list is complete — there is no "and other partners".

وخوادمنا نُشغّلها نحن على أجهزةٍ نملكها، لا على سحابةٍ مستأجرة. الملفّات التي ترفعها تُكتب على أقراص تلك الأجهزة، لا على تخزينٍ سحابيّ لطرفٍ ثالث. Our servers are machines we own and run ourselves, not rented cloud. The files you upload are written to those machines' disks, not to a third party's object storage.

٦ · الألعاب6 · Games

الألعاب لا تُحمَّل مع التطبيق: تُفتح داخله في نافذةٍ تُحمِّلها من نطاقنا نحن وحده. والتطبيق يرفض أي عنوانٍ خارج ذلك النطاق، فلا تستطيع لعبةٌ أن تنقلك إلى موقعٍ آخر ولا أن تفتح صفحةً لطرفٍ ثالث. Games do not ship inside the app: they open in a window that loads them from our own domain and nowhere else. The app refuses any address outside that domain, so a game cannot navigate you elsewhere or open a third party's page.

• ما ترسله اللعبة إلينا: نتيجتك ورقم اللعبة، وإشارة أنّك خرجت. لا شيء غير ذلك — ولا تصل اللعبةَ رسائلُك ولا محفظتك ولا ملفّك. What a game sends us: your score, the game's id, and a signal that you exited. Nothing else — and no game receives your messages, your wallet or your profile.
• ما نحفظه: أفضل نتيجةٍ لك في كل لعبة. رقمٌ واحد لكل لعبة، لا سجلّ محاولات. What we keep: your best score per game. One number per game, not a history of attempts.
• الطاولات المشتركة (بلوت، أونو، لودو وأخواتها) يديرها خادمٌ نُشغّله على أجهزتنا. ولا يصله عنك إلّا رقم حسابك واسمك المعروض، في تذكرةٍ موقّعةٍ قصيرة العمر. Shared tables (Baloot, Uno, Ludo and their siblings) are run by a server on our own machines. All it receives about you is your account number and display name, in a short-lived signed ticket.
• لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع داخل أي لعبة، ولا شبكات ألعابٍ خارجية. No ads and no tracking inside any game, and no external game networks.

٧ · مدّة الاحتفاظ7 · How long we keep it

ولا نحذف تلقائياً رسائلك ولا منشوراتك ولا ملفّاتك المرفوعة بمجرّد مرور الوقت. تبقى حتى تحذفها أنت أو تحذف حسابك — لأنّ رسالةً تختفي وحدها من محادثةٍ بينك وبين غيرك تُفسد المحادثة على الطرفين. We do not automatically delete your messages, posts or uploaded files just because time has passed. They stay until you delete them or delete your account — because a message that vanishes on its own from a conversation between two people breaks it for both of them.

سجلّ الإشراف يبقى بعد حذف الحساب لسببٍ واحد: لولاه لاستطاع من يُسيء إلى الناس أن يمحو أثره بحذف حسابه وإنشاء غيره. ويُحتفَظ به بأقلّ قدرٍ يعرّف الحالة. The audit log survives account deletion for one reason: without it, someone who harms others could erase the trace by deleting their account and making another. It is kept to the minimum that identifies the case.

٨ · حقوقك8 · Your rights

• الاطّلاع — ملفّك وكشف حسابك وجدار هداياك وقائمة زوّارك، كلّها معروضةٌ لك داخل التطبيق بلا طلب. Access — your profile, ledger, gift wall and visitor list are all shown to you in-app without asking.
• التصحيح — عدّل ملفّك متى شئت. وتبقى سنة الميلاد وحدها غير قابلةٍ للتعديل ذاتياً، لأنّ تغييرها هو طريق التحايل على شرط السنّ؛ لتصحيحها راسل الدعم. Correction — edit your profile whenever you like. Only the birth year cannot be changed by yourself, because changing it is how an age requirement gets circumvented; to correct it, write to support.
• الحذف — احذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق مباشرةً، بلا مراسلةٍ ولا مبرّر. وهو حذفٌ حقيقيّ لا تعطيل: تُمحى صفوفك من قاعدة البيانات فوراً. Deletion — delete your account from inside the app, with no email and no justification. It is a real delete, not a deactivation: your rows are removed from the database immediately.
• النقل — اطلب نسخةً من بياناتك على [email protected] ونرسلها إليك بصيغةٍ مقروءة خلال ثلاثين يوماً. Portability — request a copy of your data at [email protected] and we send it in a readable format within thirty days.
• الاعتراض — راسلنا وسنردّ خلال ثلاثين يوماً، ويراجع كلَّ اعتراضٍ إنسان. Objection — write to us and we respond within thirty days; a human reviews every objection.

٩ · الأطفال9 · Children

‏WYNQ ليست للأطفال. الحدّ الأدنى للاستخدام ١٧ سنة — فالغرف صوتٌ حيّ غير مُسبَق الفحص، وفيها عملةٌ افتراضية تُشترى. ومن دون ١٨ يحتاج موافقة وليّ أمره. وإن علمنا بحساب لطفل دون السنّ، أغلقناه وحذفنا بياناته. WYNQ is not for children. The minimum age is 17 — rooms carry unreviewed live audio and a purchasable virtual currency — and anyone under 18 needs a guardian's consent. If we learn of an underage account, we close it and delete its data.

إن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أنّ طفلك أنشأ حساباً، راسلنا على [email protected] ونتصرّف فوراً. If you are a guardian and believe your child created an account, write to [email protected] and we will act immediately.

١٠ · الأمان10 · Security

• كل الاتصال بين تطبيقك وخوادمنا مشفّر. All traffic between your app and our servers is encrypted.
• جلسات الدخول قصيرة الأجل وتُجدَّد، فسرقة جلسة لا تعني حساباً دائماً. Sessions are short-lived and refreshed, so a stolen session is not a permanent account.
• الوصول الإداري محصور بفريق محدود، وكل إجراء يُسجَّل باسم منفّذه. Administrative access is limited to a small team, and every action is logged against the person who took it.

ولا يوجد نظام مُحصَّن تماماً. إن وقع خرق يمسّ بياناتك، نُخطرك ونُخطر الجهة المختصّة بأسرع ما يمكن. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as quickly as we can.

١١ · ما لا يوجد في WYNQ11 · What WYNQ does not have

أكثر سياسات الخصوصية تعدّد ما تجمعه. وهذا القسم يعدّ العكس: أدواتٌ شائعةٌ في التطبيقات لا وجود لها في شيفرتنا أصلاً — لا مُعطَّلة، بل غير موجودة. Most privacy policies list what they collect. This section lists the opposite: tools common in apps that do not exist in our code at all — not disabled, simply absent.

وإن أضفنا يوماً واحدةً من هذه، فلن يكون ذلك بصمت: نُحدّث هذه الصفحة ونُخبرك داخل التطبيق قبل أن يبدأ الجمع. If we ever add one of these, it will not happen quietly: we update this page and tell you in-app before collection begins.

١٣ · هذا الموقع (wynq.live)13 · This website (wynq.live)

هذا القسم عن الموقع الذي تقرؤه الآن، لا عن التطبيق. الموقع والتطبيق يجمعان أشياء مختلفة تماماً، وخلطهما في فقرةٍ واحدة هو ما يجعل سياسات الخصوصية غير قابلة للقراءة. This section is about the website you are reading, not the app. A site and an app collect entirely different things, and blending them into one paragraph is what makes privacy policies unreadable.

إحصاء الزياراتVisit statistics

نعدّ زيارات هذا الموقع بأنفسنا وعلى خوادمنا. لا Google Analytics ولا أيّ خدمة تحليلات خارجية، ولا شبكة إعلانات، ولا شيء يُباع أو يُشارَك مع أحد. We count visits to this site ourselves, on our own servers. No Google Analytics, no third-party analytics, no advertising network, and nothing sold or shared with anyone.

لا نحتفظ بعنوان الإنترنت الخاص بكWe do not store your IP address

عنوانك لا يُخزَّن في أيّ جدول ولا يُكتب في أيّ سجلّ. ما يحدث أنّ العنوان يُبتر أوّلاً إلى نطاق الشبكة (تُحذف خانته الأخيرة)، ثمّ يُخلط مع رقمٍ سرّي يتبدّل كلّ يوم ولا يُحفظ في أيّ مكان، ويُشتقّ من ذلك رمزٌ قصيرٌ من ١٦ خانة. Your address is stored in no table and written to no log. It is truncated first to its network prefix (the last octet is dropped), then mixed with a secret that changes every day and is saved nowhere, and reduced to a short 16-character code.

ولهذا نتيجتان نلتزم بهما: هذا الرمز لا يمكن إرجاعه إلى عنوانك، ويتغيّر كلّ يوم — فلا نستطيع نحن ولا غيرنا تتبّع زائرٍ من يومٍ إلى الذي يليه. وحين نقول «زائر فريد» فنحن نعني فريداً داخل اليوم الواحد، وهذا كلّ ما تسمح به البيانات المحفوظة. Two consequences we hold ourselves to: that code cannot be reversed into your address, and it is different tomorrow — so nobody, us included, can follow a visitor from one day to the next. When we say "unique visitor" we mean unique within a single day, which is all the stored data permits.

ما الذي يُسجَّل فعلاًWhat is actually recorded

• وقت الزيارة.The time of the visit.
• الصفحة التي فُتحت — المسار وحده، دون ما بعد علامة الاستفهام. فإن وصلك رابطٌ يحمل رمزاً أو كلمة بحث، لا يصلنا منه شيء. The page opened — the path alone, never the query string. If a link reached you carrying a token or a search term, none of it reaches us.
• اسم الموقع الذي أحالك إلينا، لا الرابط كاملاً: نسجّل google.com ولا نسجّل ما كتبته في محرّك البحث. The referring site's host, never the full link: we record google.com, not what you typed into the search box.
• البلد — حرفان اثنان فقط، كما تحدّده شبكة كلاودفلير قبل وصول الطلب إلينا. لا مدينة ولا موقع أدقّ. The country — two letters only, as Cloudflare determines before the request reaches us. No city and nothing more precise.
• نوع الجهاز والمتصفّح ونظام التشغيل — «جوّال، سفاري، iOS». نقرؤها من بطاقة التعريف التي يرسلها متصفّحك إلى كلّ موقعٍ يزوره. Device, browser and operating system — "mobile, Safari, iOS". Read from the identification your browser announces to every site it visits.
• الرمز اليومي الموصوف أعلاه، لنعرف كم شخصاً زارنا لا كم صفحةً فُتحت. The daily code described above, so we know how many people visited rather than how many pages were opened.

ولا يُسجَّل غير هذا. لا اسم، ولا بريد، ولا حساب، ولا أيّ شيءٍ يربط زيارتك للموقع بحسابك في التطبيق. Nothing else is recorded. No name, no email, no account, and nothing linking your visit to your account in the app.

كم تبقى، ولماذا نعدّHow long, and why

تُحذف صفوف الزيارات تلقائياً بعد ٤٠٠ يوم (نحو ثلاثة عشر شهراً) — المدّة التي تكفي لمقارنة شهرٍ بالشهر نفسه من العام الماضي، ولا نحتفظ بها أطول من ذلك. Visit rows are deleted automatically after 400 days (about thirteen months) — long enough to compare a month with the same month last year, and no longer.

نعدّ لنعرف أيّ الصفحات تُقرأ وأيّها لا يجدها أحد، ومن أيّ البلدان يأتي الناس، وهل يُفتح الموقع على الجوّال أكثر أم على الحاسب — فنصلح ما يحتاج إصلاحاً. لا نستعمل هذه الأرقام لاستهدافك بإعلان ولا لبناء ملفٍّ عنك، ولأنّها لا تعرّف أحداً فهي لا تصلح لذلك أصلاً. We count to know which pages are read and which nobody finds, which countries people come from, and whether the site is opened more on phones or desktops — so we can fix what needs fixing. We do not use these numbers to target you with advertising or to build a profile, and since they identify nobody they could not serve that purpose anyway.

إن أردت ألّا تُعدّ زياراتكIf you would rather not be counted

افتح الموقع مرّةً واحدة بـ https://wynq.live/?nostat=1، فتوضَع في هذا المتصفّح وحده علامةٌ تستثني زياراتك. ولإلغاء الاستثناء افتحه بـ ?nostat=0. ولا تُرسَل هذه العلامة إلى أيّ جهةٍ أخرى ولا تُقرأ من أيّ موقعٍ آخر. Open the site once with https://wynq.live/?nostat=1 and a flag is placed in that browser alone excluding your visits. To undo it, open ?nostat=0. The flag is sent nowhere else and readable by no other site.

وإن كنت تستعمل مانع إعلانات أو تُغلق جافاسكربت، فلن تُعدّ زيارتك من الأساس: العدّاد لا يعمل بدونها، ولا نحاول الالتفاف على ذلك. And if you use an ad blocker or disable JavaScript, your visit is not counted at all: the counter does not work without it, and we make no attempt to work around that.

صندوق الملاحظاتThe feedback box

حين ترسل ملاحظةً من صفحة الدعم أو من الصفحة الرئيسية، نحفظ ما كتبته، ونوع الملاحظة، ولغتها، والصفحة التي أرسلتها منها. واسمك وبريدك اختياريان: إن تركتهما فارغين وصلت الرسالة مجهولةً وتُقرأ كما هي. When you send a note from the support page or the home page we store what you wrote, its kind, its language, and the page you sent it from. Your name and email are optional: leave them blank and the message arrives anonymously and is read as it is.

ومع كل رسالة نحفظ بصمةً مملّحةً مقتطعة لمصدرها — لا العنوان نفسه، ولا تُردّ البصمة إليه. غرضها واحد: منع إغراق الصندوق، ومعرفة إن كانت أربعون رسالةً من أربعين شخصاً أم من واحد. لا تُربط بحسابك في التطبيق ولا تُستعمل في غير ذلك. With every message we also keep a salted, truncated fingerprint of where it came from — never the address itself, and the fingerprint cannot be turned back into one. It has a single purpose: to stop the box being flooded, and to tell whether forty messages are forty people or one. It is not linked to your account in the app and is used for nothing else.

إن كتبت بريدك فلن يُستعمل إلّا للردّ على تلك الرسالة تحديداً. لا نشرة بريدية ولا قائمة تسويق — ولا نضيفك إلى شيءٍ لم تطلبه. ولحذف رسالةٍ أرسلتها راسل [email protected] وصفها ونحذفها. If you give an email it is used only to answer that specific message. No newsletter, no marketing list — we do not add you to anything you did not ask for. To delete a note you sent, write to [email protected] describing it and we will remove it.
